Creatives Performance

In Tier 01 Countries Example US, Europe, Japan etc.
Tier_01_Country_01.png
CTR (Click‑Through Rate):

Tier 2 ~7.9%, Tier 1 ~6.3%

Industry average CTR for mobile ads is usually 1–3%.

Our CTR is 2–3x higher than normal, meaning our creatives are exceptionally engaging.
Conversions (Installs per Click):

Tier 2: 268 installs from 1.96k clicks → ~14% conversion rate.

Tier 1: 41 installs from 132 clicks      →   32% conversion rate.

Our Conversion rate is exceptionally high compared to the usual 2–5% industry average..
CPI (Cost per Install):

Tier 2: $0.07 vs natural $0.12–0.24

Tier 1: $0.33 vs natural $0.60–1.20

That’s 50–75% cheaper than market averages.

Achieving sub‑$0.36 CPI in Tier 1 is rare — most campaigns struggle to stay under $0.60.
Summary

Even though the size is small, Our small campaign delivered CTR and conversion rates 3–6x above industry norms, resulting in installs at 50–75% lower cost than typical CPI benchmarks. This combination of high engagement and low cost is unusually strong and rare in mobile UA campaigns, proving the creatives and targeting were highly optimized.

KPIs such as total downloads, active devices, and user acquisition used to see(or monitor) performance and improve projects for better outcomes.

Metrics | KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Downloads: 892 people installed the app.

Active Users: 526 still use it

→ more than half stayed (most apps lose way more).

User Flow: About 30 new users join, only ~14 leave

→ the app keeps growing.

Audience Growth:

3040% excellent growth rate

→ far above normal app growth.

Store Conversion: 11.9% of visitors install

(industry average is ~3–5%)
→ So this is, 2–3x stronger than typical apps

Store Visitors: 78% → lots of people are checking the app.

Store Acquisitions: 22% → nearly 1 in 5 visitors actually install, which is excellent. (industry average is ~ 1–20)

Summary

The new app is growing fast, keeping over 60% of users active — nearly double what most apps manage (many struggle to hold even 30%).
Growth has been excellent, and the app convinces visitors to install at 2–3 times the rate of typical store listings.

More people join than leave, and nearly 1 in 5 store visitors install, which is far stronger than the usual 1 in 20 seen in many apps.

Overall, this project shows exceptional appeal and optimization, performing well above the industry averages.

Since our game is a shooter, here are some good gun fight clips that might be helpful as extra inspiration

These references are shared as inspiration (movies, games, AI) only — we can take ideas for our new shooter project, or if they don’t fit the style, we can skip this or go with simpler ideas.
